Enjoy your vacation in Ocean Pines, a quiet relaxing community, just minutes from the beaches at Ocean City, Maryland. This 3 BR, 2 FB house sleeps 10,
(1K, 1Q, 2 sets of bunks and a QSS and a futon on the porch), a 2-seat
counter between the kitchen and dining room, 8 person dining room
table, living room w/ fan, 3 skylights, gas fireplace, screened-in
porch, deck off the master bedroom, A/C & heat, 5 ceiling fans,
W/D, dishwasher, disposal, microwave, toaster oven, dishes, flatware,
pots & pans, 3 TV's, VCR/DVD combo and a picnic table & parking
for 4. We supply the parking pass for the beach on 50th street with a snack bar and pool. J
Prices are May-June 11 $135 per night; June 12-July 2 $145 per night;
July 3-Aug 27 $150 per night. Discount given on 7 day stay. (YOU NEED TO BRING SHEETS, PILLOW CASES, TOWELS, WASH CLOTH, SOAP, LAUNDRY DETERGENT and T/P) Nearby
are 1 grocery store, 2 drug stores, 3 restaurants, shopping center,
McDonalds, Pizza Hut, Bagel Shop, 2 banks, donut & ice cream shop
and much more. There is also a public boat ramp, fishing & crabbing
pier and a playgrounds. You cane bike ride everywhere. J Take Rt. 90 across the bay and it's a 10 minute drive to the Ocean City beaches, the boardwalk & shops, amusement parks and fun. Let's not forget the Factory Outlet mall on Rout 50 in West Ocean City, the Ocean City Municipal airport, Frontier Town, the race track at Ocean Downs and Assateague Island National Seashore.
In Ocean City there is the beach, stores galore, restaurant's, boat
rides of all kinds, boat rides, parasailing, charter fishing and much
more.
